Materials Needed To Start Process
1. Nitrosol/ or Antisol or C.M.C
2. Sulphonic acid
3. Caustic soda
4. Soda ash
5. Texapon
6. Formaline( optional)
7. Perfume( fragrance) as desired
8. Sodium laurite sulphate(SLS)
9. Tripoyphosphate(S.T.P.P)
10. Green colorant
How to Make Liquid Soap In Nigeria
1. Get Nitrosol which has already dissolved in water or the C.M.C that has been dissolved for two days.
2. Add the dissolved sulphuric acid, texapon and perfume to either C.M.C or Nitrosol
3. Stir it very well.
4. Add the already dissolved caustic soda and stir it very well
5. Add dissolved soda ash and stir it properly.
6. Add formalin to the content and stir it properly
7. Then add the dissolved S.T.P.P and stir it.
8. And add the dissolved SLS to the content
9. Dissolve green the colorant in water. Make sure that you do it completely.
10. Then add it to the solution and stir thorough.
11. Add some quantity of water to the mixture for some hours, depending on the thickness of the mixture.
12. Leave the mixture for some hours or the following day.
13. Then get some plastic containers, kegs or plastic bottles in size and pour the mixture into it each.
14. Label and package it
15. Go market and distribute the containers to friends, church members, etc as a test for sales.
Note: Choose either Nitrosol or C.M.C, depending on what you want either. Both are good.
How Much Can I sell My Liquid Soap?
It depends on types of size you sell each. Calculating between raw materials and market price in comparison helps you to make your decision how much you want to sell each.

There are free vocational training some some in your zone, may be church, local government, etc you can attend there. But you must pay for entrepreneurship certificate after graduation in training. Ask people if they know you can get free or paid vocational training.
