1. Caustic soda- one cup 

2. Soda ash- one cup

3. Sodium Silicate

4. Palm kernel oil(PKO)- one cup 

5. Green color or any other colors

6. Perfume

7. Water- four cups

How To Make Laundry Bar Soap For Business In Nigeria Step By Step

1. Ferment caustic soda by mixing water in the ratio of 1 to 2 and leave the solution for 24 or 48 hours to ferment.

2. Gauge the solution with a hydrometer and adjust to 12.50--12.75 water. Set aside.

3. After 48 hours, mix two soda ash together very well, mix in one cup of PKO, three spoonfuls of silicate to make it hard.

4. Sieve the color, add a little oil, mix together and pour into the mixture.

5. Finally, add the perfume as desired.

6. Soak the white nylon sheet into water and place inside the mold, stir the soap until it has a thicker texture, pour it into the box, shake well to level. Then cut to size when it cool.

7. Package the size the way you want and market your products to your church, your neighbors, your friends, etc as a test.
